Cafe David 507 (Kelly): Bright, Balanced Perfection!!

I’m a coffee enthusiast who truly value’s origin character over an aggressive roast profile. I was pleasantly surprised by Café David 507's COFFEE KELLY Dark Roast. Despite the "dark" label, these organic Panamanian beans are roasted to a restrained medium-dark matte, and are free of the all-to-common surface oils, preserving the bright citrus, subtle berry, and clean chocolate notes that define highland Panama terroir. The cup is balanced, smooth, and layered, never bitter or smoky. This is sophisticated specialty coffee at its best! Highly recommend for those who appreciate a delicious quality product with nuance in every sip.

Best Coffee Ever!

I love Café David 507 because it reminds me of home. It takes me back to my childhood, waking up to the rich aroma of coffee steaming from the kitchen while my mom prepared breakfast. It also brings back that bittersweet first sip on the morning of my first day at a new job. Somehow, coffee has always been tied to distinctive, memorable moments, like a comforting friend offering encouragement or a fun companion to start the day. Café David 507 captures all of that, and I truly appreciate everyone who makes that morning cup of coffee possible.

Real organic coffee

I tried this coffee on my neighbor's recommendation and, as a fan of organic coffee, decided to buy it. It's truly delicious, and what I appreciate most is that the beans aren't mixed with those from other countries. It definitely makes a difference.

Canal House Rocks!!

I purchased the Canal House, which is a light roast. The coffee and the customer service were excellent. The bag of coffee arrived timely and it came with a postcard reflecting the company's caring and personal touch. Definitely recommended.

Unique flavor

I recently tried Café David 507 for my first coffee purchase and I was blown away by the quality of their organic coffee. The flavor was incredibly rich and the aroma was truly unique. Exceptional quality

Great coffee!

Excellent coffee!!!

I originally tried it after grinding fresh whole beans in my French press! Exceptionally fragrant and delicious, I’ve kept this coffee in my kitchen ever since my first cup. Definitely recommended.
